Individual sessions are aimed at children, adolescents or adults who have chosen to work on a difficulty encountered or identified.
Multidisciplinary therapist (Trained in Sophrology, Sophrotherapy, Hypnosis, Reiki, Naturopathy, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Education MONTESSORI, etc ...) and coach, I intervene with all audiences requesting access to a Better Being or willing / to gain long-term well-being. and in balance in his body and in his life.
The first interview (This is the Vitality Assessment or Anamnesis) lasts 1h30 to 2h00. It allows me to question the person on different themes concerning him to get to know him and thus establish a personalized protocol.
